Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Killion Industries, Inc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Killion Industries, Inc. has a 15-day return policy for all checkstand / refrigeration parts. A Restocking Fee will be assessed on all checkstand / refrigeration parts returned to Killion Industries, Inc.
You have 15 calendar days to return a checkstand / refrigeration part from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your part must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The checkstand / refrigeration part must be in the original packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested by contacting Customer Service at email@example.com or call (760) 727-5102 ext.120.
Custom parts and made-to-order parts are non-returnable / non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned part. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any checkstand / refrigeration part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your returned part is eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
